Pentru crema : Punem laptele la fiert si intretimp amestecam galbenusele cu zaharul si esenta pana se albesc si zaharul e topit.adaugam cateva linguri de lapte (din cel care fierbe )si amidonul.Amestecam bine sa nu faca cocoloase si turnam in fir ,amestecand usor ,in laptele care fierbe (ca la budinca ).<br />

Am luat o foaie de blat,am insiropat-o,am adaugat jumatate din crema si am turnat jeleul.(Dar cum era caldut,mi-a topit putin crema si nu s-a asezat in strat frumos :(((.....)<br />

Pentru decor am folosit capsune taiate in jumatati trecute printr-o gelatina slaba,ca sa nu se oxideze.L-am imbracat cu 200 ml de frisca ,batuta bine,capsunele pe deasupra si .....asta-i tortul.!!!!<br />

Pentru blat:<br />
-6 oua<br />
-240 gr de zahar<br />
-180 gr de faina de grau<br />
-60 gr de cacao<br />
-60 ml apa<br />
-60 ml ulei<br />
-un pliculet de praf de copt<br />
<br />
Pentru crema:<br />
-200 gr de zahar<br />
-6 galbenuse<br />
-75 ml apa<br />
-300 gr de unt<br />
-150 gr de ciocolata fondant<br />
-o esenta de rom<br />
<br />
Pentru sirop:<br />
-200 ml de apa<br />
-2 plicuri de ciocolata calda (eu n-am avut si am pus nessquik )<br />
-100 gr de zahar<br />
<br />
Pentru fondant:<br />
-500 gr de zahar<br />
-200 ml de apa<br />
-2 linguri de miere de albine<br />
-100 gr de cacao.<br />

Blatul l-am facut exact ca <a href="http://lacucinadipetro.blogspot.com/2011/04/blat-de-tort.html">AICI</a> imi place mult acest blat ca iese pufos si umed.<br />
.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><img src="http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7033/6447306331_ea0267db4e.jpg" width="300" /></div><div style="text-align: left;">In timp ce blatul era la copt am facut fondantul.Am pus la fiert zaharul cu apa,am adunat spuma de deasupra (caci sant impuritatile din zahar) iar din cand in cand cu un penson ud am sters marginile cratitei (previne zaharisirea siropului).Se fierbe cam 10-15 min pana iese proba buna.Se ia intre 2 degete de pe spatula si trebuie sa se intinda intr-un fir cam de 2 cm,fara sa se rupa.Asta-i proba de "fir" (aici n-am poza ca n-aveam nici un ajutor pe langa mine).</div><div style="text-align: center;"><img src="http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7173/6447308025_de1c8b217b.jpg" width="300" /></div><div style="text-align: left;"><br />

Apoi ne ocupam de crema.Punem apa cu zaharul la fiert,dupa ce zaharul s-a topit adaugam ciocolata,lasam sa se topeasca bine pana devine ca o crema.Lasam putin la racorit si apoi adaugam galbenusele,amestecam bine si lasam la racit.Batem bine untul cu mixerul si adaugam crema din ciocolata racita si esenta de rom, continuam cu mixerul pana devine o crema spumoasa.<br />

A trecut mult timp de cand nu am mai postat nimic...sa-mi fie rusine...dar am descoperit FB si apoi am fost plecata si la Iasi...asa ca scuze am destule...<br />
Aceasta mancare are o tenta chinezeasca,picanta iar noua ne-a placut foarte mult.Am bisat-o imediat asa ca a avut succes.Avem nevoie de:<br />
-400 g de cotlet de porc fara os (in poza bucata era mai mare dar am pus doar 400 gr)<br />
-o ceapa mare<br />
-3 ardei grasi (rosu,galben si verde)<br />
-100 gr amidon<br />
-condimente dupa gust (eu am pus tabasco,curry,sos de ardei iute,piper si boia)<br />
-o lingura de miere de albine</div>

Deci ceapa se taie pestisori iar ardeii se taie in "patratele" si se pun in apa cu sare (v-am mai spus ca ajuta la digestie...).Carnea se taie in felii subtiri si apoi in patratele.Se condimenteaza dupa gustul fiecaruia.</div>

Apoi pudram carnea cu amidon si mai lasam 10 min.Am dizolvat 50 de gr de amidon in apa si am facut o pastela ,ca un aluat de clatite...am adaugat sare si piper si l-am lasat la odihnit.Se pune ulei la incins in tigaie ,se ia cate o patratica de carne ,se da prin pastela si se prajesc in mult ulei.Vor iesi ca niste mini-mini snitele crocante la exterior dar moi si aromate innauntru.Cand am prajit toate le punem pe sevetele de hartie si le lasam deoparte.</div>

Deci dupa 10 min adaugam carnea prajita,potrivim gustul de sare si ce mai dorim (eu am pus sos de soia asa ca nu a mai fost nevoie de sare)invartim 2,3 min si totul este gata!!!!Nu va pot spune ce aroma se face in bucatarie .......</div>

Asa arata in final ,crusta de la carne ramane crocanta iar sosul e delicios!!!!La restaurantul chinezesc unde merg deseori am mancat asa ceva doar ca avea si alune....asa ca am incercat acasa si a iesit minunea asta.Cui ii plac "chinezariile "ii va place si aceasta reteta.<br />

Intr-o tigaie calim cativa catei de usturoi in ulei si adaugam feliile de cotlet,lasam la foc potrivit sa se rumeneasca.Facem un sos din rosii pasate (sau folosim conserve din pasta de rosii) adaugam ulei (de preferat de masline),sare ,piper si mult origano.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><img src="http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6100/6291620485_dec8b0d095.jpg" width="300" /></div><div style="text-align: left;">Dupa ce carnea s-a rumenit,adaugam un pahar de vin alb,lasam sa se evapore iar apoi adaugam sosul de rosii.Lasam la foc potrivit in continuare si intoarcem carnea din cand in cand.Daca sosul scade prea mult complatam cu apa calda si lasam pe foc pana carnea este bine patrunsa,adica frageda.<br />
